You may find Bishop Iker’s statement here:
June 29, 2008
It has been a joy to participate in the GAFCON experience in Jerusalem, and I welcome and endorse the proclamation that has been issued at the conclusion of our week of deliberation and prayer.
It is a positive contribution to the future direction of the Anglican Communion, as well as a very encouraging affirmation and validation of the realignment that has been taking place in the Communion over the past few years.
We stand in solidarity with the GAFCON movement and principles, and we in Fort Worth look forward to the continuing saga of this exciting development in our life together as faithful Anglicans.
May the Lord continue to bless and guide us in the challenging days ahead of us.
The Rt. Rev. Jack Leo Iker
Bishop of Fort Worth
This is encouraging to see. I very much want Anglo-Catholics involved in this.
Thanks to Texanglican for alerting me to this.

I could find no way to e-mail you. So, I hope you don't mind if I direct you back to an answer I posted to your comment on the Continuum.
You had said: Oh, I see Bishop Iker isn't Anglo-Catholic enough for some people here. That just about says it all.
My answer, was: "I suggest that instead of taking offense at comments, you defend Bishop Iker. We do not censor comments here unless they contain libel or obscenity, or unless they are so rude that they have no place in polite discourse. The comments (and remember that they are the reader's comments) may have rubbed you the wrong way; but you are free to respond."
My own posts have been supportive of Bps.Iker, Schofield and Ackerman, as is my writing in The Chritsian Challenge. But, I am not going to behave like the Stand-Firmers. Comments may be made on the Continuum even if they are not what we would like to have said.
Personally, I would very much welcome some words in support of Texas Jack II.
Fr. Hart, thanks for the visit.
I stand by my comment and may comment further in due time.
Readers, the thread in question may be found here:
