Not all apologies are created equal. For an apology to be genuine, it has to
be accompanied by reasonable efforts to make amends when that is possible. If the one who makes the apology has
the power to make amends, to right the wrong he did, but does not do so, his
apology is close to worthless.
I thought this reminder might be timely after a certain so-called apology yesterday.
