In case you didn’t know The Episcopal Church is insane . . .

Would you like a sexually very confused man/woman/??? leading your children’s Sunday School or your teen’s youth group?  Then The Episcopal Church is the place for you!

. . . the huge majority of Episcopal Bishops attending GC77 voted in favor of preventing their parishes from refusing to hire any cross-dressers, or even people who refuse to identify as either male or female (because they reject being forced to come down on one side or the other), as (a) their priests, (b) their deacons, (c) their Senior or Junior Wardens, (d) their Sunday School teachers, (e) their Youth Group leaders, or (f) any other positions—voluntary or paid—in their parish. You name it, and they have to be hired if there is no other reason to refuse them the position. (At least, that is what the Canons of General Convention will now say.)

Do read the whole post.  I do not know what is more amazing, the TEC HOB’s action or Mr. A. S. Haley, of all people, out-ranting even yours truly.

We must pity all those who have invested in divinity studies and now find themselves caught in the dishonest and foolish Episcopal church. They know perfectly well that no other profession will hire them. And they know perfectly well that no intelligent person will support their organization

Seems to me you make a lot of unstated assumptions about folks - some of whom may be your relatives, friends and co-workers. I wasn't aware you were given the calling to sit in judgment of others - I believe that's Jesus' job, true? Maybe that's why young people who drop out of church seem to feel Christianity is hypocritical, judgmental, and self-righteous? Just a thought...

So saying we should use wise discrimination in who leads our churches and teaches our children is judgmental? You need to get your head out of your butt. Just a thought . . .

And, by the way, if you think what I say about The Episcopal "Church" is harsh, read what the church fathers had to write about heretics, or St. Paul had to say about false teachers.

Apostate church leaders and "churches" are to be called out and exposed. That modern orthodox Christians have been too damn nice about heretics is part of the problem. I intend to be part of the solution. If you don't like it, too bad.

Good night.
