Multiculturalism Kills

Yesterday in Belgium, we got another sad instance of the deadly nature of multiculturalism.

No, the terrorists were most certainly not multiculturalists.  They were/are the polar opposite.  But multiculturalism enabled the terrorists and invited them and people like them into Europe.

Multiculturalism holds that virtually all cultures are valid and good, and that a society is enriched by bringing in people from any number of cultures.  Buttressed by this view and by a mixture of both humanitarian and brazen political impulses (Remember UK’s Labour importing a more Labour-friendly electorate?), British and Europeans imported massive numbers of Muslims beginning in the Eighties.

Now anyone with common sense could have told you this was both literal and societal suicide.  Muslims from Africa, the Middle East, and Asia generally have values that are dead set opposed to Western values of freedom and (real) tolerance, not to mention what remains of Judeo-Christian heritage.  And they have a long history of violence against “infidels,” their lives, and their cultures from the very beginning of Islam.  Letting millions of such into Europe is asking for what has happened in Brussels and Paris and London, and it is asking for worse to come, both in deaths and in attacks on Western society and freedom.

Heck, it took Charles Martel to stop Muslims from subjugating Europe.  But now Europe lets them right on in? That is madness, if not treason.

But, hey, it gets Leftist political parties more votes.

And the madness is chiefly multiculturalism – a madness that considers inviting millions from a hateful, murderous culture into the heart of Western society to be the enlightened thing to do.

Multiculturalism kills.

Among the things about Europe that make me puke is that their laws and courts strain at gnats and swallow camels.  Practice your religion and try to live by it?  God help you.  (Muslims get a pass, of course.)

But burglarize a home or car or, heck, commit mass murder? No big deal.

Betrayal: Cameron Surrenders UK to EU Beast

The Labour Party betrayed the British people by reneging on a promise to hold a referendum on UK participation in an EU treaty. Now David Cameron and the Conservative Party have done the same.

Thus, with Cameron’s cowardly whimper, the UK gives up its sovereignty to Gulag EU. It is indeed a sad and sorry day for Britain. What Guido Fawkes tried to do with gunpowder on the Fifth of November, the two major parties have now done willingly.

This betrayal will drive more into support of the BNP and UKIP, for better or worse. But that will not be nearly enough to stop this craven surrender.

When I was a youth, it was fashionable among dispensationalists to suggest that the then European Common Market was the precursor of the Beast of the Apocalypse. Given how the UK and other nations have so easily given up their sovereignty to the EU and its tyranny, I am once again wondering if Hal Lindsey et al were actually right.

Euro and UK Voters tell Left and EU to . . .

Well, I am not going to complete that sentence as I do not think there is a polite way to describe the strong message European and particularly UK voters sent to the Left and to the EU in EU parliamentary elections.

The UK results are especially revealing – and gratifying. Much attention has been given to the BNP’s gains, but I think it much more significant that the UKIP (which is anti-EU without the racist baggage) has suddenly become the go-to third party in the UK and even polled ahead of Labour. The worthless pro-EU Liberal Democrats, on the other hand, fell behind. Up to now, the Lib Dems have been the main third party, but no more, thanks to their failure to provide a real alternative and their EU sycophancy.

And, of course, Labour got slaughtered, not only losing to the Tories and the UKIP overall but polling behind other parties in a number of regions. You have to go back several decades to find a worse result for Labour.

The message is unmistakable – UK voters have had it with both Labour’s Gulag UK and Gulag EU.

The Tories also had better listen and listen well. Voters do not want a lighter shade of Labour.

This development is but one more attack on free speech and one more step in the dhimmification of Europe.

And, of course, in Gulag EU and elsewhere, the ministrations of the speech police are slightly one-sided. Jihadi Muslims can spread their hate with little if any restraint. But point out that hate – one musn’t do that.

Parliament yesterday passed the Enabling Act denied the British people a referendum on whether to approve membership in the new, improved, even more dictatorial EU.

But what’s a trivial thing like democracy to get in the way of the Antichrist Glorious European Union.

It wasn’t just the Labour Party that rammed this down the throats of the British people. The so-called Liberal Democrats helped, too.

Brits, if you still have backbones, you better use them now . . . or it will soon be illegal to possess backbones or anything else in opposition to the Glorious Secular European Reich.

I may seem a bit alarmist, hysterical even, to my kind readers when I rant about the emergence of what I dub Gulag UK and Gulag EU. But the EU and their sycophants in the UK are indeed acting more and more like totalitarians. And I’m gratified to see that people are noticing and even daring to say politically incorrect things that should not be said.

Labour Strives to Hand UK Over to the Beast EU

The Labour Party’s traitorous effort to cram their policy of handing the UK over to the European Union down the throats of the Britons is well under way.

And no, I am not overstating matters. If I were a UK citizen, I would be furious that the Labour Party broke their promise to hold a referendum before submitting the UK to political control of the EU. Heck, I’m not a UK citizen, and I’m furious. The UK is being handed over to Brussels, and the people don’t even get to vote on it? Not only that, but their votes for a party that promised a referendum are nullified.

Labour is acting like an ally of Antichrist -- which in fact they are.

The European Union Lectures Texas on the Death Penalty. :snicker:

Now I should let you know I’m not as big a fan of the death penalty as many Texans. When Lieutenant Governor David Dewhurst backed expanding the death penalty to child predators, I e-mailed him saying he need not bother asking for my support ever again. And I think Texas overdoes it with executions in general.

But I suspect my reaction when the EU decided to lecture us about the death penalty was the same as many Texans. I just smiled. And apparently so did Governor Perry:

230 years ago, our forefathers fought a war to throw off the yoke of a European monarch and gain the freedom of self-determination. Texans long ago decided that the death penalty is a just and appropriate punishment for the most horrible crimes committed against our citizens. While we respect our friends in Europe, welcome their investment in our state and appreciate their interest in our laws, Texans are doing just fine governing Texas.
