But it has yet to experience a major scandal. I doubt their luck will last, however.  And Operation Gunwalker may be their first big scandal.  Republicans in Congress have been investigating the ATF’s Operation Gunwalker, which more or less gave a pass to selling arms to Mexican drug gangs.
